I admittedly could add Flying Fish and the Fisherman to the villain list too, but I'll bet the average Joe would have trouble going beyond Black Manta. He's about the only Aquaman villain to appear in media outside of the comic and those old, old cartoons, which I'm not sure used Aquaman's villains from the the comic except Black Manta. IIRC, there was some generically evil woman, a dwarvish looking fellow in whale sub, and the Torpedo (who I really liked), but I don't think I've ever seen them in the comic.
